Media Packages

At Gansett Weddings We strive to make your day unique so that it stands out to your guests. One way to do that is with our media packages that not just LED TVs or projection screens. We can make custom videos to be played at any point during the night. Have a slide show of how you two met during your first dance or even have a special song written for your father daughter dance and show the words on the screen. Add an element of excitement to your wedding that makes your guests remember it for years to come.

Cell Phone Charging Station

Let’s face it. You have been planning this day for a long time. You have taken care of every detail and your guests absolutely love everything. They want to capture every little detail and upload it to every one of their social media accounts. The only problem is, half way during the reception someone’s phone dies. They go running to their car to get their charger and miss the cake cutting! Then they run all over the room trying to find an outlet. Our charging station puts your guests at ease. Once their phone gets low on juice they can drop it off, let it charge and get back on the dance floor where you want them. Our systems can charge up to 10 phones at a time and support many brands.

Cigar Bar

For our clients that want to offer their guests an opportunity to take part in a timeless tradition, we offer a unique experience.  Our cigar bar is made to cater to a variety of pallets by providing an assortment of options to your guests. The Cigars provided can have one or multiple custom labels and can be geared to any budget. Our packages can include our resident cigar aficionado as your bartender or can be used as groomsman gifts. Express your gratitude to your guests by giving them an old fashioned symbol of celebration.
